Q: Is our soap safe for kids?

A: Our soap is NOT tear free and should never be ingested. Supervision is highly recommended for young children. As with all products used on our skin if any irritation occurs discontinue use immediately. Ingredients are listed on our site and if you or your child has any know allergies to any of  the ingredients do not use. 

Q: How do I store my soap?

A:  Ideally soap should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight . We recommend using a soap dish and allow soap to dry between uses.

Q:  How long will my unused soap last?

A: The length of time soap lasts varies. We suggest you use your soap within a year of purchase. However most soap will last well beyond a year. 

Q: Why did my soap loose its scent? 

A: We do not use harsh preservatives in our soaps, these preservatives help keep the scents strong longer. We find that in most cases your soap scent will awaken upon use. While we know some people like to display soap for long periods of time we recommend you use your soaps!

Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold therefore we are unable to accept returns.
